Missionary Packing Form
How It Works
- If you would like us to deliver a package to your missionary, you need to pay the delivery fee of $20 to reserve your spot for the month of delivery.
- If you do not pay the $20 delivery fee for the month, we reserve the right not to deliver your package that month.
- Place all items in a ziplock bag. The ziplock bag can be any size (2.5 gal, XL, clear vacuum sealed bags).
- We cannot travel with boxes. Please do not send your items inside a decorated box.
- There is no limit as to how many bags you can send.
- Please be advised, we cannot travel with any kind of pork products. Other food items are still allowed. If you are sending prescription medication, please make sure that the paperwork the pharmacy gives you regarding the medication is included.
- If sending packages to your missionary for birthday or Christmas, you can wrap some items inside the ziplock as long as not everything inside the ziplock is wrapped.
- Please double check your bag before mailing it to us to make sure you haven’t forgotten anything.

- Fill out the form completely, with your information at the top and your missionary’s information on the bottom.
- The name of the mission you write on this line is where the package will be delivered. For example if your missionary is at the CCM and you want us to deliver to the CCM then for the name of the mission you write “( the name of the country) CCM “
- All our packages are placed in our checked luggage. There are times when we need to place some packages in our carry-on luggage. If your package does not contain any liquids greater than 3oz or any sharp objects, please check the box “yes” that your package is safe to travel in our carry-on.
- If you are sending multiple bags, please make sure a missionary packing form is placed inside each ziplock bag.
- Place your ziplock in either a box or envelope (depending on the size of your ziplock) and mail your package to us to the address below.
- We receive lots of boxes, please allow us time until our deadline has passed to weigh and invoice your package.
- Once we receive your package we will take your ziplock bag or bags out and weigh only the bags.
- An invoice will be emailed to you via PayPal for the weight of the package.
- The invoice will be sent to the email you provided when you paid your delivery fee.
- We accept the following forms of payment: PayPal, Venmo or Personal Check.

- If paying through Venmo please send payment to: @Nefi-Castro
- If your invoice is not paid in full by the time we fly out to deliver packages, we reserve the right to not deliver your package that month.
Other Options
Shopping
If you are sending store bought items only in your package, let us do the shopping for you. Email us your shopping list to monthefly213@gmail.com and we will purchase the items for you, place them in a zip lock bag for you and will bill you for the weight of the package plus the items bought, in the invoice.
Amazon
If you need to purchase items from Amazon or any other internet site, have the items shipped directly to us. When you are completing your order please make sure that you add an "in care of: (your missionary's name)" line in the shipping address or include a gift receipt with your missionary's name and name of mission. If the item or items purchased through the internet are not the only items going into the zip lock bag we will add these items to the package you ship to us once we receive it. Please make sure you email us to let us know you are having things shipped to us and include what the items are and for who they are for and what mission they are going to.
Family Discount
If you have several family members or friends sending packages to your missionary please note that you only pay ONE delivery fee per missionary per month. It is not necessary for each person sending a package to pay a delivery fee if it is all going to the same missionary.

Yes, we can bring back packages from your missionary with our Cash on Delivery service. Your missionary will not be charged at the time of pickup. We will bill the missionary parent when we ship your son or daughter’s package to their family within the United States at a cost of $10 per pound plus USPS shipping cost. Please ensure that your missionary has the package packed in a ziplock bag with the parents name, address, cell phone, and email written on a piece of paper and inside the ziplock bag. Their package needs to be at their mission office ready for pick up prior to our arrival.

We cannot send any pork products. Other than pork, we have no restrictions. Food, chocolate, prescriptions, contact lenses and solutions are allowed.

Yes, just call, email or text us to let us know you would like to drop it off and we can set up a time.
If you did not reserve your space for the month, there is no guarantee that your package will be delivered. You can send us a message and we will do our best to accommodate you. If the package is accepted, your delivery fee will be added to your final invoice.
