Missionary Packing Form
How It Works
- Start by reserving your spot for the month you’d like your package delivered. To do this, pay the $20 delivery fee to reserve your spot for the month of delivery.
- If the $20 delivery fee isn’t paid for that month, we can’t guarantee delivery. We reserve the right to not deliver your package.
- Place all your items inside a ziplock or clear vacuum-sealed bag. Any size is fine! (2.5 gal, XL, etc)
- We can’t travel with boxes, so please avoid decorated or cardboard boxes.
- There is no limit as to how many bags you can send.
- For Birthday or Christmas packages, you may wrap individual gifts inside the ziplock. Just make sure not everything inside is wrapped.
- Please double check your bag before mailing it to us to ensure you’ve included everything.
- Clothing (shirts, pants, ties, socks, shoes, etc)
- Non-perishable snacks (granola bars, trail mix, peanut butter, etc)
- Personal hygiene items (toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo, lotion, etc)
- Health essentials (vitamins, over-the-counter medicine, hand sanitizer, wipes, etc)
- Prescription Medication (include pharmacy paperwork)
- Fun extras (letters, photos, notebooks, etc)
- Perishable Foods (fruits, dairy, meats, etc)
- Any pork products
- Glass bottles or items that can leak
- Homemade food
- Click on this link Missionary Packing Form and print as many copies as you need.
- Fill out the form completely, with your information at the top, your missionary’s information on the bottom, and an itemized list of what’s included in your package.
- For the Mission Name, write the mission where you’d like the package delivered. Example: If your missionary is at the CCM, write “(name of country) CCM.”
- If you’re sending multiple ziplock bags, please make sure that a missionary packing form is placed inside each bag.
- Each bag must also include an itemized list of its contents. The list should only include what is inside that specific ziplock bag, not the entire shipment.
- Place your ziplock bag(s) inside a shipping box or envelope, then mail your package to the address listed below.
- Request a Mission on the Fly Shipping Label for added convenience or use your preferred mail carrier to send us your package.
- Once we receive your package, each ziplock bag will be weighed individually.
- You will receive an invoice for the total weight of all the ziplock bags via PayPal.
- The invoice will be sent to the email provided when making your delivery reservation.
- If you’d like to split the payment among multiple people, please provide each person’s email so separate invoices can be sent.
- Our PayPal invoices can be paid using your PayPal balance, debit card, credit card, or linked bank account.
- We also accept payment via Venmo. Please send payment to: @dnbs-nefirioslazo
- If your invoice is not paid in full by the time we fly out, we can’t guarantee delivery. We reserve the right to not deliver your package.
Other Options
Shopping
If your package is made up of store bought items, we can do the shopping for you! Simply email your shopping list to missiononthefly@gmail.com and we'll purchase the items for you, place them in a ziplock bag, and get it ready to ship to your missionary! You will then receive an invoice that includes the cost of the items plus our shipping rate. Easy, quick, and one less errand for you!
Amazon and Online Shopping
You can have your Amazon or other online orders sent directly to us. When checking out, please add "In care of: [Your Missionary's Name]" or include a gift receipt with their name and mission. If you're also mailing us a package, we'll combine everything into one delivery once all items arrive. To help us stay organized, please email missiononthefly@gmail.com to let us know what's being shipped, who it's for, and which mission it's going to. We want to make sure your missionary gets exactly what you intended to send!
Family and Friends Discount
If multiple family members or friends are sending packages to the same missionary, you'll only pay ONE delivery fee per missionary per month. Each person can send their own package, just note that only one delivery fee will be applied for that missionary. If you'd like to split the payment among multiple people, please email missiononthefly@gmail.com to provide each person's email so separate invoices can be sent.

Yes! Mission on the Fly can bring packages back from your missionary.
Here’s how it works:
- Your missionary’s package will be picked up at the mission office. There’s no charge for them at pick up.
- Once the package arrives in the US, we’ll ship it to the address provided and send an invoice to the recipient for payment.
- The cost is $10 per pound, plus a $10 pickup or shipping fee.
Before pickup, please make sure your missionary:
- Packs the items in a ziplock bag.
- Fills out the packing form completely with the recipient’s name, address, and email.
- Has the package ready at the mission office prior to our arrival.
Have Questions?
You will receive an invoice from Mission on the Fly after the deadline date with the full price of your package.
Please do not send any of the following:

- Any pork products
- Glass bottles or items that can leak
- Homemade food

Yes, we deliver to the Brazil, Mexico, Peru, and Provo MTC.
If the $20 delivery fee isn’t paid for that month, we can’t guarantee delivery. We reserve the right to not deliver your package. However, you can text or email us and we will do our best to accommodate you. If the package is accepted, your delivery fee will be added to your final invoice.
